How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?

Do you offer custom designs or personalized orders?

Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. If there’s something you can’t find on our website, simply click on this link to fill out our custom order form. Once submitted, we will be in touch within 24 hours to go over the details and bring your vision to life.

What is the process for custom orders?

After you fill out our custom form, we will contact you within 24 hours. Once we confirm your design and details, we will send an invoice for 50% of the total order. After the deposit is made, we will create a digital mock-up for your approval. Once the mock-up is confirmed, we will send the final 50% of the invoice and begin creating your project.

Do you ship or offer local pickup?

Yes! At this time, our website is set up for local pickup only, but shipping is available upon request. If you need your order shipped before our shipping is officially added to the site, just send us an email - we are happy to arrange shipping for you!
